Josh Lynch of Sony Santa Monica joins us in this episode. We talk about work and art and he walks us through his process, emphasizing the importance of letting your art tell a story. Towards the end, he gives some great advice: Be somebody that a team will want to work with. "Curate a good web presence, be a good ambassador and be able to give good critique to your peers. ... Reach out to people. Develop relationships. Be humble and be open to critique. But don't be shy."
