Welcome back to One Guy One Roll, the solo RPG podcast where I am currently playing as Nikora Sokolov using Ironsworn: Starforged. Thank you so much for taking the time to give it a listen and be forewarned, there are minor spoilers ahead as I recap episode 12. If you wish to avoid them, just skip to the second paragraph! As the episode begins, we get to learn a little bit about Petra's background and what she has been up to while Nikora has been gallivanting around the Prosperity. From there we return to Nikora as he gains access to the secured section of the research department where he discovers something he has never seen before or could have possibly imagined. This ancient relic seems to be exactly what Nikora has been searching the space station for and he is determined to remove it from the Prosperity and return it to the Second Chance. Our episode comes to an end with Nikora standing at the edge of the elevator shaft having an internal debate about what to do next as he remembers that Petra is still trapped inside of the reactor core.
