Michelle Tam was a mom and a pharmacist working the night shift at a local hospital when she had a food and fitness revelation that changed her life. She started working out and eating differently and felt so good, she told everyone. When her husband suggested she channel that enthusiasm into a blog, Nom Nom Paleo was born. Today, Michelle and her husband oversee their Nom Nom world, which includes a successful blog with free recipes, an app, a spice collection, and three bestselling books, including the latest, Nom Nom Paleo: Let’s Go. Michelle joins host Kerry Diamond to talk about her life and love of food.
