Cheikhou Oumar, President of the Observatory for Monitoring Economic Development Indicators in Africa (OSIDEA), joins CIPE’s Anti-Corruption & Governance Center podcast to discuss Senegal's historic push for ownership transparency in the extractives sector and beyond.
