The Rangers have finished below .500 for three straight seasons but look like they could be a more competitive squad this time around.
The lineup has lots of power, with maybe some questions about batting average, about what you would expect from a team featuring Joey Gallo and Rougned Odor.
At the same time, the Rangers have helped some pitchers get back on track in recent seasons. That includes Mike Minor and Lance Lynn and now Texas can hope that Corey Kluber, Jordan Lyles and Kyle Gibson can put up better results, too.
