Aquarius is ruled by Saturn as well but also co-piloted by Uranus which is known as the "Awakener" that comes in and shakes things up, but these upheavals are a necessary break from restrictions in favour of a more liberated path, and affects the cultural pulse of a time period. Uranus and Aquarius energy is rebellious and revolutionary—a shit disturber in the best way.
