The Bois sit down with Ava Denner, current Junior at Lindenwood University and former Roosevelt High School State Champion and Iowa Youth Rugby MVP. She also had time spent with the Iowa Hawkettes as well as American Rugby Pro Training Center (ARPTC). She gives us an update on how her college experience has been, overcoming a devastating injury, how high school rugby prepared her for college, and so much more! It's a great conversation for any high school athlete who thinks they want to play at the next level in college!
