About Liam: 
My goal is to get the best financing solution for you and your family to purchase your next home, save money through a refinance, or by getting cash-out based on your home equity. When you work with me, you work with someone who is communicative and transparent. You will be well informed, receive detailed responses, and will always get a response from me. I believe in long-term relationships and my aim is to be able to help you with your current loan as well as all your future financing needs. I am well versed in multiple product types such as Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, NON-QM, Commercial, and Hard Money to ensure you are getting the solution that’s right for you.
I’m also a real estate investor myself. I love being able to review other investors’ portfolios to see how we can optimize their financing to save money or create additional liquidity. I work with a lot of fix-and-flip and rehab-to-rent (BRRRR) clients to do just that. I love being a part of the community and being able to offer finance solutions that help revitalize the dilapidated housing stock.
I grew up in Southern California before heading back East to attend college at Yale University where I received a B.A. in Economics. I returned to Southern California to stay warm and obtained an MBA from UCLA Anderson in international management with a real estate and finance concentration. However, my home is in the Pacific Northwest now, where I live just outside of Seattle raising two energetic boys with my wife.
