It's our final episode of 2022!
To close out the year, NESN's Lauren Willand and Jake Ignaszewski discuss the Boston Red Sox agreeing to terms on a contract with pitcher Corey Kluber. The two discuss how the rotation still has a lot of "what ifs" in it while also talking about what Kluber -- though not the two-time Cy Young Award winner he once was -- can bring to the Red Sox.
The two talk about Nathan Eovaldi signing with the Texas Rangers and wonder if the Red Sox knew they wouldn't re-sign him, then why wouldn't Boston trade him at the deadline? Lauren and Jake also look at what he and Rich Hill leave behind.
