Friends of the Rosary:
Mindfulness and meditation classes are everywhere today. Many of them are taught by experts with Ph.D. titles, who explain that the mindfulness practice reduces stress and contributes to well-being.
The Vatican has warned about the danger of these practices. They may open the door to darkness. Self-centering and believing in a sort of cosmic energy goes against the eternal wisdom and truth of Jesus Christ, King of the Universe. And it is contrary to what we pursue during Lent.
Our earthly life is, certainly, stressful and we need to heal. The Holy Rosary is the best meditation ever. It is a summary of the New Testament not created by humans but by Divinity. The cultivation of the virtues attached to the twenty sacred mysteries results in holiness and peace in our daily life and opens the door of Heaven.
Anyone who prays the Rosary can attest to this.
