Diligent did four acquisitions during the pandemic, aggregating "governance, risk, compliance 'GRC' and ESG." "It's a $40 billion TAM, and we are the biggest SaaS player in the space." "It's a killer set of applications together."13:45 Diligent Corporation got taken private by Insight Partners in 2016 (valuing the company at $624 million).
