Before closing out the year in style next week we decided to finally chat some more about our good friend Wes Craven and his return to the franchise that made him. This film does meta horror before it was all the rage and incorporates so many new elements into the franchise including a new look Freddy and the return of our leading lady. We discuss and then rank this film into our growing list and look back on how it paved the way for future films to achieve in the genre. Elsewhere this week; Infinity Pool gets a crazy first trailer and immediately becomes one of our most anticipated films of 2023.
