Jesus sends his promise to Earth and everyone living on it.

Two prophecies from the Old Testament of the Bible are fulfilled:

Psalm 68: You ascended on high, leading a host of captives in your train and receiving gifts among men, even among the rebellious, that the Lord God my dwell there.

Joel 2: And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. Even on the male and female servants in those days, I will pour out my Spirit.
