Description
The end is here and the end is near!
Welcome to the LATE NIGHT FRIGHT, broadcasting live from WKMF Cozy Corner Public Radio right here in the United States of America. Today is December 28th, 2020 and you are listening to the 197th edition of the only show available on Betamax and Laserdisc.
Our month long celebration of the films of Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee concludes with a Christopher Lee solo adventure, 1968's DRACULA HAS RISEN FROM THE GRAVE from the Hammer house of horror. Lee makes his third appearance as Dracula in a film that finds the resurrected count seeking revenge on a monsignor who dared to exorcise his castle.
We paired Lee's Dracula film with Universal's 1943 film SON OF DRACULA starring Lon Chaney. The Southern gothic horror flick from the original house of horror is an interesting misfire.
Commercials include spots for Gwynnie Goop, lady lawyer, season's greetings from WKMF, Madame Hill's JuJu Emporium and the Kaiju Report with Yoshi Yokohoma. As always, stay tuned for all the fake news not fit to print!
