Description

Recently, I did a video about if you should give people references. In that video, I talked about the importance of knowing when and how to give references, especially if you're talking about job references. So, in that video I received a question from a subscriber asking the following: "John, what about the other way? If recruiters call you and ask for 3 references without placing you on a job, should you give them out? I have declined so far and told them that I don't give references and they've been ok with that because they had lengthy conversations with me and know that I know my stuff - can you do a video on this if possible? Thanks!" Ketan Shukla So, what is your opinion on this? How should you proceed in this situation?
