Now that the Arizona Fall League season is concluded (congrats Surprise Saguaros on your championship!), we're talking about MLB's awards for the AFL. Evan Reifert of the Tampa Bay Rays had a historic campaign to take the Relief Pitcher of the Year, while Pitcher of the Year went to St. Louis Cardinals lefty Connor Thomas. OF Zac Veen of the Colorado Rockies got the Offensive Player of the Year, while 2B Edouard Julien of the Minnesota Twins, the Canadian Prospect God of Walks, won the Breakout Player award. San Francisco Giants OF Luis Matos was the Defensive Player of the Year, while Oakland A's 1B/OF Lawrence Butler won the Dernell Stenson Sportsmanship Award and Baltimore Orioles OF Heston Kjerstad won AFL Most Valuable Player.
