We talk about the mission of his sales team and the rewarding challenge of wrapping his arms around the wide variety of AIPG products and solutions he can offer customers. We talk about the importance of relationship building and time management when coaching his sales team to focus on adding value. We talk about the unexpected way he got into the interconnect business and how he eventually made his way to Amphenol. We talk about growing up in the Chicago area, being raised as a die-hard Cubs fan with his father, and the incredible joy that came with them winning the World Series in 2016.
