Description
Eve Rodsky helped start a long overdue national conversation around equality of labor and time on the home front. Eventually, she realized that even when the domestic workload becomes more equitable, people still say something is missing in their lives and that something is personal creativity. Rodsky calls this missing piece “Unicorn Space” — and defines it as the active and open pursuit of creative self-expression in any form that is fulfilling. She helps readers embrace all the unlikely, surprising, and delightful places where their own Unicorn Space may be found and says creativity is not optional. It’s essential. She talks to us about manifesting our own Unicorn Space in a too-busy life.Eve Rodsky received her B.A. from the University of Michigan, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She worked at J.P. Morgan and then created the Philanthropy Advisory Group to advise families and charitable foundations on best practices. Rodsky was raised by a single mom in New York City and now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children.Eve RodskyTwitter: twitter.com/eve_rodskyInstagram: instagram.com/everodskyYou can follow Jessica Yellin here:Instagram: instagram.com/jessicayellinFacebook: facebook.com/newsnotnoiseTwitter: twitter.com/jessicayellinWebsite: NewsNotNoise.comNewsletter: newsnotnoise.bulletin.comSupport this work:patreon.com/NewsNotNoiseJessica Yellin is the founder of News Not Noise, a channel dedicated to giving you news with real experts and providing information, not a panic attack.
