So we have to wonder if Dunham's latest real estate move is indicative of a larger trend for millennials and Gen Zers. Is designing and living in an accessory dwelling unit the next hot housing trend for young would-be homebuyers who don’t mind sharing a yard with their family?
Then, we chat about Trevor Noah's gorgeously designed New York City penthouse that hit the market for $13 million. With 3,600 square feet of space, 15-foot ceilings, and a private terrace with a plunge pool, could this be the best deal in the Big Apple?
