The 7,000-square-foot estate has good bones, and the architecture is typical of a New England seaside estate (white coffered ceilings, expansive windows, exterior shingles, etc.). Plus, it's on 29 acres of land, so there's plenty of room to build out their compound. But the decor is begging to be overhauled.
