On Saturday, Honduras became the 50th country to sign the TPNW, a multilateral legally binding instrument for nuclear disarmament that will take effect in 90 days - by January 22, 2021. 
So far, none of the current nuclear powers have signed the accord raising doubts on its potential but is this Treaty holding more meaning or influence than the eye can see?
