When I slow down my body, I slow down my mind. 
I communicate my truth with ease and grace.
If your are able, close your eyes. Place one hand on your Heart, one hand on your Throat. While connecting with the Earth and your body, breathe into the Third Eye. 
Once you slow down your body,
you begin to slow down your mind.
Open yourself up to gentle insight.  Breathe light into areas of your body in need of healing.  Quiet the mind in order to receive new insights on ways to invite practical love into your life.

The Lunar Eclipse is visible in many places late this evening and early morning (Tuesday, November 8, 2022).  If the rainy skies of the Pacific Northwest clear up enough I plan to catch it.  Perhaps you'll go out and observe it too?  Below is a time table that I found from this website.
