Ground into your power.  Slay the inner saboteur.  Quiet the mind by placing your hands on your heart.  Bask in the light of the Sun.  Allow old versions of yourself to melt away.  Invite greater joy into your life.  Own your right to love fully and authentically with compassion and conviction. Breathe new life from the base of the spine to the top of the head.  Open yourself up to love.
