David Leaf is an award winning writer, producer and director and the creative visionary behind such critically acclaimed films as The U.S. vs. John Lennon, The Bee Gees: This Is Where I Came In and Beautiful Dreamer: Brian Wilson and the Story of SMiLE. But he’s also a dear friend of Brian Wilson’s. This was a friendship crafted through David's work on the 1978 book "The Beach Boys and the California Myth."
