Happy Halloween! We're very excited to chat with producer/actor Jared Rogers! His latest work is the horror mockumentary When the Screaming Starts, about a journalist who decides to make a documentary about a serial killer who's creating his own serial killer family. We discuss his early childhood horror education and his work on the movie. Then we dig into the original Halloween! Jared gives us a very vivid first watch story and then we dig into John Carpenter's direction, music and the themes the film explores as well as the imposing Michael Myers. Things get a little spicy, though, when Terry peeps up about his feeling on the film....it's not The Shining levels of spicy, but the spice is real.
