Description

Matt Duchene is a professional hockey player with the Nashville Predators entering his 14th season in the NHL. He was selected third overall in the first round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft by the Colorado Avalanche and made his NHL debut that same year as a 19 year-old rookie. Duchene is a two-time All-Star and in 2021-22, had his best season with 43 goals, 43 assists and a career-high 86 points for Nashville. Today on the podcast, we talk to Matt Duchene about his pro hockey career, growing as a believer in Christ and how his mental health has become a big priority for him after dealing with severe anxiety as a professional athlete.
