Description
This is the second interview in our Podcast Series.
Dan Norton has been an England Rugby player for the last 11 years. He holds the world record for the number of try's scored, Olympic Silver medalist and allegedly faster than Usain Bolt over 20m. Dan talks to me about how he prepares and how mental strength can be the difference between winning and losing on the playing field. In future interviews I will explore with Dan how he applies what he has learnt on the sports field to living his life.
