On the 13th September Norway held regularly scheduled parliamentary elections which saw the left bloc return to power after 8 years of centre-right government. While the historically dominant Labour Party lost a seat, the success of its allies means its heading back into government after its longest spell in opposition. We dig into the background of Norway's constitutional setup and party system, as well as exploring the fortunes of the country's various parties in this election.
