Join me as we meditate on the three letters - בּ ט ח - that lie at the root of the Hebrew word for Trust, Bitachon, בּטחון. These letters contain within them a gate to letting go of the illusion of control, and instead, trusting the One Who is truly in control at every moment. This meditation guides the listener through this gate, and experiencing the trust and security that lies within it.
