Today, we have Kristin Dwyer on the podcast, from Brain Friendly Reading! Her literacy background is simply amazing and she's using it to create products, resources, and trainings that she putting into the hands of educators, homeschoolers, and parents everywhere. 
Kristin combined her background in Montessori and Orton-Gillingham to create a new approach to teaching reading - a unique sequence of instructional strategies. This new approach has already achieved tremendous success for students from kindergarten through middle school. Kristin has trained hundreds of teachers, tutors, parents, and volunteers in this approach.
Kristin is motivated by her love of working with really struggling and defeated readers. She works tirelessly to provide training and individualized coaching at low to no cost through her non-profit organization.
