Description

Jughead’s Basement featuring Moral Crux’s 1998 release Something More Dangerous released on Panic Button Records. Moral Crux formed in 1983 with frontman then and now James Farris and the then guitar player Jeff Jenkins. Soon down the line they would add the incredible bass player Justin Warren and they would go on to release various recordings with a diverse amount of smaller labels such as Velveteen Records, Polemic records, Vandal Children Records, Monitor Records before Ben Weasel approached them and convinced them they needed a proper release on the Lookout/Panic Button record label he and I were running at the time. The album was recorded with Mass Giorgini at Sonic Iguana in Lafayette Indiana, and now on this episode we bring you singer songwriter James Farris, Bass payer Justin Warren, and producer Mass Giorgini to give us a lesson in good strong pop punk songwriting from Moral Crux ONE TIME DONATIONS TO JUGHEAD'S BASEMENT: ORPATREON LINK
