Gail Zahtz chose life. She chose to live a beautiful life with Hashem at the centre. She endured untold challenges having brought her four children out of domestic violence to then face five years in a wheelchair, eventually becoming legally blind and living in a nursing home basement with late stage cancer. Gail is anything but bitter, and having been on the patient journey herself, has become a tremendous force in the American healthcare system. She founded and directed dozens of health related companies and initiatives and has won numerous awards.
