Description
Chris is joined by the host of the Projection Booth podcast Mike White to close out the Werner Herzog retrospective with an absolute classic Aguirre: The Wrath of God. The film is the first collaboration between Klaus Kinski and Werner Herzog, one of five. It follows Kinski as Lope de Aguirre as he schemes to take over Pizarro's legendary expedition to find the legendary city of El Dorado but instead descends into utter madness. As always, you can follow Chris Stachiw on Twitter at @KultureStach, Sean Liang at @Seannifer and Kulture Shocked at @KultureShocked. The new intro and outro music is Wovoka's "Lament", and big thanks to them for allowing us to use their song. You can also subscribe to the Kulturecast on iTunes here.
