Today, we're broadcasting from the American Dunes Golf Club in Grand Haven as they're hosting the first annual Folds of Honor Collegiate Golf Invitational. Throughout the show we were joined by some great guests who are associated with Folds, and the invitational. We were also joined by some of our insiders to talk about the NFL, Michigan/Michigan State football, and the Lions. We kicked off the show with Coach Willie Shankle, who is the Head Golf Coach at Texas Southern University. He joined Huge to talk about this event, what it means to him and his team, and more. We were then joined by Ian Ziska from American Dunes so he could tell us a little about the tournament. Frank Schwab from Yahoo Sports then joined us to take a look around the NFL, and to give his thoughts on the Lions 3 games in. We wrapped up the hour with GVSU Head Golf Coach Gary Bissell. He and Huge talked about the meaning behind this invitational, the impact, and more. We were joined by Jim Comparoni from SpartanMag.com to start our second hour talking some MSU football. He and Huge talked about where things went wrong against Minnesota, gave their expectations for the rest of the season, and much more. We were then joined by Rocky Sickmann who works for Folds of Honor and Budweiser. He joined Huge to talk about some of the recent things happening with Folds of Honor, which will help even more deserving people. We wrapped up the hour with the Head Golf Coach at CMU, Kevin Jennings. He joined Huge to talk about their golf program getting started back up after many years, discussed what it's been like to be at this invitational, and more. We were joined by Naval Academy Head Golf Coach Jimmy Stobs to start off our final hour talking about the invitational and his team. Jimmy also told us a really interesting story of something that happened on the course earlier in the day. We were then joined by Doug Bell from American Dunes talking more about the event, what the feedback has been, and what the future holds. We were then joined by Mike O'Hara from DetroitLions.com to talk about that Lions loss to the Vikings the other day.
