With the NCAA's new "one time freebie" rule regarding the transfer portal, college football programs with a history of success are seemingly able to reboot after a down season faster than before. That's benefitting some programs like USC and Washington, but sometimes it comes at the expense of others like Colorado.

If things don't change radically for the Buffaloes and Cardinal this year, both Karl Dorrell and David Shaw should be feeling the pressure of losing their jobs more and more as the season goes on.
