Description

Summary:
Kevin Gutzman returns to break down the Supreme Court decision on the two vaccine mandates concerning companies with more than 100 employees and health care workers, respectively. While we agree the practice of federal agencies writing any regulations at all constitutes legislating and is therefore unconstitutional, this decision does reintroduce a long-ignored principle that could represent a first step towards a more constitutionally limited federal government.
