Hello and welcome back to the campfire! We are so excited to share today's conversation. We have Dr. William Jackson, AKA The Nomadic Professor, joining us.  William has a BA in Asian Studies from Brigham Young University, a MA in Humanities from Pennsylvania State University, and a PhD in History from Syracuse University. He has been teaching as a university professor for almost a decade.William has chosen to forego the traditional labor-for-tenure career track. He believes the internet holds the key to new forms of education that will, over time, erode and ultimately destroy traditional students in a brick-and-mortar-box education; and to this he says: "Hooray!" He grew up overseas and loves history.  We speak about how he became a world nomad with his family in order to record history mini-lectures on-location that are available to students around the world. We talk about his family's worldschooling journey as well as the creation of his platform and what it has to offer students and adults.
