"A healthcare sector potential positive is the return to normalcy as it could mean increased medical utilization and elective demand. Covid-19 could become a seasonal phenomenon and drive a recurring revenue. There are some billion dollar drugs in the pipeline. Many healthcare stocks are dividend payers and higher dividend stocks have been outperforming," says Lee Bohl. "Covid-19 tailwinds are abating and competition will get tougher as demand for vaccinations and testing tapers. Inflation is not showing up in same-store numbers yet. Both CVS and Walgreens are making entries to healthcare," adds Brian Tanquilut.
