Description
We had a plan but then the Crew dives down more rabbit holes than Watership Down. But we do get to talk about Amy Mower's excellent book Run To Save Your Life, plus we review lotsa races before taking a look at the finisher's rate broken out by Gender at this year's UTMB and compare it to many other races, then asked the question. Why are there so few women running the "most prestigious" ultra race in the world, and why is it so much lower than other comparable races? (spolier alert) We just guess, because we really don't know shit about it. What do you think? Plus it is the 2 year anniversary of AFB's 419 mile Erie Canal Bike Trip!
