Christy Powers had a successful career and seemly a great life, but she wasn't feeling well. She felt exhausted, had brain fog, and wasn't feeling like herself. She went to several doctors who told her she was depressed until she was diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases. She was given medication and told there was nothing she could do about it. She refused to accept that. So she went on a search for answers and solutions. She started changing her diet, meditating, changing her lifestyle, and now both autoimmune disorders are in remission. She has written a book about her journey to help others and has a coaching practice.
