Description

Jerry Cavallaro is a filmmaker and the Associate Director of the Orlando Film Festival, which has become renowned for being a filmmaker’s festival. It is essentially for filmmakers by filmmakers. We had a great chat with Jerry about the Orlando Film Festival philosophy and this year’s festival which kicks off it’s 2016 run tonight with a film called Te Ata at 7:30. Jerry had a lot to share about how a film festival is programmed and what the Orlando Film Festival is looking in submissions from filmmakers and shared some of the most exciting films that will be screening at this year’s fest. Listen in. We hope you enjoy the conversation as much as we did. And if you can come to the festival this week be sure to catch our film OPIA screening in the Drama Shorts 2 Block on Thursday night at 7:00 and Friday afternoon at 5:15. See you there!
