Canadian singer-songwriter, author, and activist, best known for fronting the Montreal alternative rock band “Your Favorite Enemies”, Alex Henry Foster, is our guest today. It's been a long long road to get to this point in his career, a rewarding yet challenging experience. Since the loss of his beloved father, Alex found a pathway into his own self unlike anything he could have ever predicted. The event took quite the toll to the point where he veered away from the world to focus on his own craft – and the result is some of his best work. Dare we say, his magnum opus. Alex chats with us about this experience along with the many others he has encountered in his life, and even though it's a mix of the good, the bad, and the ugly, he is grateful he overcame an exponential amount of those obstacles.
