Description

Welcome to Real Israel Talk Radio - Episode 90 Program Part 26 - Stuck in the Mud Endurance. Today, we will continue with the teaching of Paul that Biblical Love is about "all endurance." The English term "endurance" can be deceiving because some things and events in life are not necessarily worth suffering for, as if we were running an endurance race. In 1 Corinthians 13:7, the concept of endurance is more about getting stuck in the mud and not moving out of a situation due to some commitment - hovering over or remaining in a place no matter what happens - "come hell or high water" as the saying goes. When looking into biblical Hebrew, the idea can be expressed from the word "Yachel" (Yud-Chet-Lamed ), essentially giving us the idea of waiting because of being stuck in the mud, and we don't have any other options to get unstuck. When scripture teaches us about Yehovah's love, it shows us his commitment to helping us see everything through to the end; to not give up and run away. Yehovah desires to stick it out with us unless we kick him out and go to fight the battle alone. And make no mistake about it; he will back off if we want to do it alone. But is this good for us? No. Does he want to be "stuck in the mud" with us? Yes.  Scripture addresses this matter in Ezekiel 11:16: and although I have scattered them among the countries, yet I shall be a little sanctuary for them in the countries where they have gone.” The Hebrew phrase for "a little sanctuary" is"miqdash ma'at," referring to a little temple or holy place. Thus, Yehovah is always with us in our exile, giving Paul a biblical thought to express from 1 Corinthians 6:16, "For you are the Temple of the living God."Life events can throw us fast and furious curveballs.  It can give us very sour lemons. It can visit us with one of Murphy's Laws that says, "anything that can go wrong will go wrong."  But should any of this matter? No, because we must know that we will never face abandonment. In life, when we get stuck in the mud, it will always be for the good because Yehovah will be with us if we want him to be with us.  Join us for today's podcast on Defining Biblical Love and Stuck in the Mud Endurance, Episode 90 and PART 26 from 1 Corinthians 13:7.Support the show (https://www.paypal.com/biz/fund?id=23WBKCMBHKDT8/Ancient Roads: Real Israel Talk Radio)

NOTICE: New weekly podcasts are NOT being produced at this present time. I am taking some much-needed time off to focus on my personal relationship with Yehovah and my family. Thanks so much for understanding. Yah willing, I shall return when I am supposed to return. In the meantime, I have archived well over 100 programs, each at 50-minutes from the previous two years beginning January 2020. ABOUT THIS PODCAST: In speaking about Israel, there is a physical and material State that was voted into legal existence on November 29, 1947, and then politically declared to be the State of Israel on May 14, 1948. However, there is yet another Israel that very few are even aware of. This is a spiritual entity represented by the God of Israel (יהוה) in the biblical Hebrew narratives of Tanakh (The Torah, the Prophets, the Writings) and HaBrit HaChadasha (The New Testament) writings as "My People." This holy entity is not specifically about Jews or non-Jews (i.e., "Gentiles"). This is a spiritually Holy and Separated Torah People, a Nation, a Messianic Light to the world. In this weekly podcast, I have much to say about these "born from above" people as Yeshua (Jesus) spoke about. In this podcast, I address a number of spiritual issues relating to the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil (Genesis 2:17 and Chapter 3), The Tree of Life (Genesis 2:9; 2:17), the Law of Moses -- the Torah; the New Covenant or New Testament; and how all the biblical and theological terminology should be understood and how the biblical Hebraic concepts can be applied to our everyday life.
