Locked On is doing a comparison in each division. We start today, by looking at the rotations of the central. Where do the Guardians rank, better than you might expect? It seems like a rather straightforward contest, but as I learned a year ago I am sure the rest of the division won’t agree. 

The ZIPS projection system for prospects was released on Friday. The Guardians have TEN players in the top 100. This system has been the best projector of future value and we dig into the top 100 talking about how the system varies hugely from other ranks.

We then dig into the positional top tens. Might the Guardians have their own internal options in the outfield after years of problems? The ZIPS system certainly thinks so, we dig into who could help sooner than later. While also discussing some other players that I mentioned in my underrated prospects piece in December.
