Congresswoman Joyce Beatty joins KOLOT to discuss how she handles setbacks and turn them into victories. Coming from a modest background, Congresswoman Beatty shares the journey from a little black girl growing up in a village to a powerful position in Congress and Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus.
