They are friends and partners that work *with* each other - not for each other. Being a photographer myself, I have always dreamed of having this kind of relationship while working for artists. I have had it a few times in my career - but honestly, they take it to a whole other level, and it was nothing short of impressive hearing how well they vibe, learn, and grow together.
