Juan Antonio Le Clercq, a nonresident scholar at the Mexico Center and co-author of the “2017 Global Impunity Index” discusses impunity in Mexico and what the Mexican voter can expect from the campaigns in terms of solutions to this problem. Juan Antonio Le Clercq, Ph.D., is also a professor at the University of the Americas Puebla (UDLAP) in Mexico. At UDLAP, Le Clercq has been chair of the International Relations and Political Science Department since 2014 and also serves as director of the Centre for Impunity and Justice.
