Viral Storm Area 51 FB group now has a spin-off festival called “Alienstock” in the works, but could it be a disaster?

Supposed to take place Sept 20-22.
It’s a town of only 100 people! No gas within 50 miles.
Locals say that people should NOT come and that residents will step up to protect their property if they do.
Apparently the organizers have NOT requested a permit to hold the event on federal public land - something that they would need should the festival expand beyond private property.
The organizers are purportedly putting together a lineup mostly of EDM artists. However, the town of Rachel warns that a ‘dubious group’ is taking control of the event.
The rock-group Willy Savage is the only confirmed attending artist
