So I'm trying something new on the podcast...and I'm calling it "MONDAY MINDSET." Basically it's an idea I had to publish a 10-15 minute, super informal, mindset-focused/mindset-encouraging episode every Monday! 
I am a MASSIVE verbal processor, and I also just love being as accessible to you as I can with as much value as I can, so why not just add another easy episode to the weekly line up!? I'll explain more in the actual episode, but that's the main premise of this! But these episodes will be super casual, VERY unstructured, very chill, very conversational, and very mindset based. So, a little different than a well thought out Wednesday episode, but let me know what you guys think!
Without giving away too much about the episode, today I'm talking all about being a DOER. There's so much content and noise being screamed at us today, so much value at our fingertips, but how much of it are we actually taking action on? Let's talk about it in the episode!
