Description

With a 2-1 victory over Boston in their final game of the Round Robin stage, Washington earned the 3rd seed and a 1st round match-up against the New York Islanders. Jordan Giorgio and JJ Regan got together to discuss what they saw from the Caps during the Round Robin stage, and what they expect to see in the first round against New York. Following their discussion we hear from head coach Todd Rierden who gave an update on the John Carlson injury and Lars Eller's availability headed into Round 1. Finally, we couldn't go without mentioning the irony of Tom Wilson scoring a goal against David Pastrnak after Pastrnak put out a tweet calling Wilson "the best goal scorer in the league" a few weeks back... Guess he was on to something...See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
